Introducing Real-time Analytics Dashboard

Monitor your deployments with live metrics, error tracking, and performance insights — all in one place.

Analytics Dashboard

Today we're thrilled to announce the launch of our new Real-time Analytics Dashboard — the most requested feature from our community. Now you can monitor everything about your deployments in one beautiful interface.

Why We Built This

Developers told us they were tired of switching between multiple tools to understand what's happening with their applications. They wanted a single source of truth for:

  • Request volume and response times
  • Error rates and stack traces
  • Resource utilization (CPU, memory, bandwidth)
  • Geographic distribution of traffic

Key Features

Live Metrics Stream

Watch your metrics update in real-time with sub-second latency. No more refreshing dashboards or waiting for data to sync.

Smart Alerts

Set up intelligent alerts based on anomaly detection, not just static thresholds. Our ML models learn your traffic patterns and notify you only when something is actually wrong.

"The new dashboard cut our incident response time by 60%. We can now see issues before our users report them."

— David Park, CTO at Nextera

Error Tracking

Every error is captured with full context: stack traces, request headers, user information, and the exact deployment version. Group similar errors automatically and track resolution progress.

Getting Started

The Analytics Dashboard is available now for all Shipyard users — including those on the free tier. Simply log in to your dashboard and click on "Analytics" in the sidebar.

For teams that need more, our Pro plan includes:

  1. 90-day data retention (vs 30 days on free)
  2. Custom dashboards and saved views
  3. API access for external integrations
  4. Advanced alerting with PagerDuty/Slack integration

What's Next

This is just the beginning. We're already working on:

  • Custom metrics: Send your own application metrics
  • Distributed tracing: Follow requests across services
  • Cost analytics: Understand your spending patterns

We'd love to hear your feedback! Join our Discord community or tweet us @shipyard.
